At Sollume, we're committed to your satisfaction with our hydrogen bottles. Our 90-day return policy allows for returns of Sollume Revitalizers (opened or unopened). However, refunds aren't available for items that have been damaged through normal use. Here’s what you need to know about returning a product to Sollume:
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Unsatisfied with your Sollume purchase? To start a return, email us at support@sollume.com within 90 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return. Remember, all returns need our approval before you send the item back. You can return a product if you've used it. Return shipping costs fall to you, unless the item arrived damaged.
INSPECTION PROCESS
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 10 business days. After verifying the item's condition, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your refund. If there's a delay in receiving your refund after confirmation, check with your bank or credit card company.
RESTOCKING FEE
If a returned item isn't approved by our team, lacks a valid return reason, or is past the 90-day limit, we may charge a restocking fee up to 25% of the purchase price.
